TERMS OF SERVICE - GOOD LUCK

1. Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the Services.
If you are under the age of majority in your country or jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
The Services are not intended for children under thirteen (13) years of age.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  3. all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and lawful.

GOOD LUCK provides AI-powered and digital content services related to Korean Saju, fortune readings, destiny analysis, compatibility analysis, personality insights, tarot-style content, spiritual entertainment, and other related digital services.
The Services may include, without limitation:

  1. AI-generated Saju readings;
  2. daily, monthly, yearly, or lifetime fortune content;
  3. compatibility readings;
  4. personalized digital reports;
  5. AI chat or interactive guidance features;
  6. paid digital content;
  7. subscription-based services;
  8. promotional or trial services.

Certain Services may include downloadable reports, documents, digital files, PDF reports, or other digital content.
The availability, format, access period, download limitations, and features associated with such content may vary depending on the purchased product, subscription plan, promotion, or service offering.
GOOD LUCK reserves the right to modify such features from time to time.
Access to certain digital content may be subject to time limitations, download restrictions, account requirements, or other conditions as communicated through the Services.

GOOD LUCK does not guarantee any outcome, event, relationship result, financial result, career opportunity, health condition, personal success, or life circumstance.
All content provided through the Services is speculative, interpretive, and generated based on user-provided information, traditional Korean Saju concepts, proprietary algorithms, and artificial intelligence systems.
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Services.

4. No Professional Advice

The Services do not constitute and must not be interpreted as:

  3. legal advice;
  4. financial advice;
  5. investment advice;
  6. tax advice;
  7. career counseling;
  8. relationship counseling;
  9. religious or spiritual authority.

You should consult qualified professionals before making any important decision regarding your health, finances, legal matters, relationships, career, or personal life.
The Company shall not be responsible for any decision, action, loss, harm, or consequence arising from reliance on content provided through the Services.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Services use artificial intelligence, automated systems, and proprietary algorithms to generate personalized content.
You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content may:

  1. contain inaccuracies, errors, or incomplete information;
  2. produce inconsistent or unexpected results;
  3. differ from traditional Saju, fortune-telling, or spiritual interpretations;
  4. not be reviewed by a human expert;
  5. be influenced by the accuracy of information submitted by you.

GOOD LUCK does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, usefulness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output.

6. User Account

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:

  1. provide accurate and complete account information;
  2. keep your login credentials confidential;
  3. promptly update your account information if it changes;
  4. notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your account has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others.

7. User Information and Birth Data

Unless otherwise stated:

  1. prices are displayed before purchase;
  2. paid digital content may be delivered immediately after payment;
  3. subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date;
  4. you are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through your account settings or the applicable app store/payment platform.

We may change pricing, subscription plans, free trials, promotions, or paid features from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

9. Refund Policy

Because the Services may provide digital content and AI-generated reports that are delivered immediately after purchase, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the content has been delivered or accessed.
Refunds may be provided only where:

  1. required by applicable law;
  2. duplicate payment occurred;
  3. a technical error prevented delivery of the purchased content;
  4. the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate.

For purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other third-party payment platforms, refunds may be subject to the refund policies and procedures of those platforms.

10. Free Trials, Promotions, and Credits

GOOD LUCK may offer free trials, promotional credits, discounts, coupons, or limited-time offers.
Unless otherwise stated:

  1. promotional benefits have no cash value;
  2. promotional credits are non-transferable;
  3. unused promotional credits may expire;
  4. the Company may modify or terminate promotions at any time;
  5. abuse of promotions may result in suspension or termination of your account.

11. Referral Program

GOOD LUCK may offer referral, affiliate, ambassador, influencer, partner, or similar promotional programs ("Referral Program") from time to time.
Eligible users may receive commissions, rewards, credits, discounts, or other benefits for referring new users to the Services.
The details of any Referral Program, including eligibility requirements, commission rates, reward structures, qualification criteria, payment schedules, and other applicable rules, may be published through the Services, the GOOD LUCK website, official announcements, promotional materials, or other communication channels designated by GOOD LUCK.
GOOD LUCK reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral qualifies for any reward, commission, credit, discount, or other benefit.
GOOD LUCK may withhold, suspend, cancel, reverse, or adjust referral rewards, commissions, credits, or benefits if it reasonably determines that fraud, abuse, manipulation, invalid transactions, self-referrals, or violations of these Terms have occurred.
GOOD LUCK reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or discontinue any Referral Program at any time.
Any changes to a Referral Program may be communicated through the Services, website notices, email communications, official announcements, or other reasonable methods determined by GOOD LUCK.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purpose;
  2. violate any applicable law or regulation;
  3. impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  4. interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;
  5. attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
  6. reverse engineer, decompile, copy, scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services;

  8. upload malware, harmful code, or malicious content;

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of this section.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services are owned by GOOD LUCK UNIVERSE Co., Ltd. or its licensors.
This includes, without limitation:

  1. software;
  2. source code;
  3. algorithms;
  4. AI systems;
  5. user interface designs;
  6. trademarks;
  7. logos;
  8. service names;
  9. text, graphics, images, and digital content;
  10. reports and templates generated by the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

14. User Content and License

You may submit information, text, prompts, profile details, feedback, or other content to the Services ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, by submitting User Content, you grant GOOD LUCK a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, reproduce, modify, and analyze such User Content solely for the purposes of:

  1. providing the Services;
  2. generating personalized content;
  3. maintaining and improving service quality;
  4. ensuring security and preventing abuse;
  5. complying with legal obligations.

17. App Stores

If you download or use the Services through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app distribution platform, you acknowledge that:

  1. the app store provider is not a party to these Terms;
  2. purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by the app store provider;
  3. your use of the app may also be subject to the app store provider's terms and policies.

18. Service Availability

We strive to provide stable and reliable Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, network failures, force majeure events, or other reasons.
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions, delays, errors, or data loss, except where prohibited by applicable law.

19. Modification, Suspension, or Termination of Services

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if:

  2. you violate applicable laws;
  3. your conduct may harm the Company, other users, or third parties;

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.

GOOD LUCK UNIVERSE Co., Ltd. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that:

  1. the Services will meet your expectations;
  2. AI-generated content will be accurate or reliable;
  3. the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  4. defects will be corrected;
  5. the Services will be free of viruses or harmful components.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GOOD LUCK UNIVERSE Co., Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any:

  1. indirect damages;
  2. incidental damages;
  3. consequential damages;
  4. special damages;
  5. punitive damages;
  6. loss of profits;
  7. loss of data;
  8. business interruption;
  9. emotional distress;
  10. personal decisions made based on the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:

  1. USD $100; or
  2. the amount you paid to the Company for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GOOD LUCK UNIVERSE Co., Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

  1. your use of the Services;
  2. your violation of these Terms;
  3. your violation of applicable laws;
  4. your User Content;
  5. your infringement or violation of any rights of another person or entity.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

26. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you and the Company agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in Seoul, Republic of Korea, conducted in English, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The arbitration award shall be final and binding.

27. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and the Company agree that any dispute shall be brought only in an individual capacity.
You agree not to participate as a plaintiff, claimant, or class member in any class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding against the Company.

28. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, cyberattacks, government actions, regulatory changes, power outages, payment platform failures, or cloud service interruptions.

29. International Users

The Services are operated from the Republic of Korea.
If you access or use the Services from outside Korea, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in countries other than your country of residence, subject to our Privacy Policy.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

31. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of our rights.

32. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
The Company may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, or operation of law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, AI Content Disclaimer, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms provided within the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and GOOD LUCK UNIVERSE Co., Ltd. regarding the Services.
